Going for a walk by yourself, family or friend is a wonderful thing. Sometimes it’s just not possible to find a partner. The family member is working. The friend is busy.You are recovering from a health issue or motivation is low.

We all need help at different times in our lives. I know a good walk with an attentive friend, has helped me through many big and small events in my life.
